About the vehicle driveability
Your vehicle is considered not safe to drive if any of the following statements are true:
- There are large cracks on the windscreen that obstruct your vision. For any glass-related damage, you will need to contact the glass company detailed in your lease documents.
- Any of the light casings are broken or lights are not functional.
- The vehicle will no longer start.
- The brakes will not engage.
- The wheels do not roll or they make contact with bodywork on the vehicle when they do.
- Any airbags have been deployed.
- Bodywork is hanging from the vehicle that extends beyond the vehicle’s profile.
- There is fluid leaking from the vehicle.
- There is fire damage to the vehicle.
- There is flood damage to the vehicle.
If your vehicle has been stolen, please continue to report the claim online. You will need to have reported the theft to the Police and provide us with a crime reference number to do so.
If any of the above statements are true, your vehicle is not considered safe to drive on the road.
